These tea leaves have been carefully handpicked & originates from the Fujian province. White teas are very close to the natural state, they are barely processed but dried, often in the sun. Unlike the name, white teas have a slight golden color.

There are four different plucking styles; Baihao Yinzhen (the bud of the plant), Bai Mudan (1 bud & 2 leaves), Gongmei (1 bud & 3-4 leaves), Shoumei (1 bud & 5+ leaves). In this tin box you will only find the unopened, fresh buds that have been carefully handpicked to ensure a perfectly velvety cup of tea.
