How long is the delivery time?
Your order is normally dispatched within 48 hours (business days) after it has been placed. Standard delivery time is within 14 days within Sweden and the EU. During product launches, holidays, or sales, handling times may be longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number, which can be followed via the delivery partner. If you have not received an email, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.
What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer shipping through DHL and/or PostNord. You can easily choose your delivery method and pickup point at checkout. If you prefer another method, you are welcome to email us at [email protected] after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I make a return?
At ABARNE you have a 14-day right of return/exchange/cancellation (in line with EU consumer law). The item must be unused, in saleable condition, and any seals or labels must remain intact. We do not accept opened jars or bags. If you wish to return an item, fill in and include the return form enclosed in your package. Please use the prepaid return label provided. Follow the instructions in the return form and review our delivery terms.
How is the refund processed, and when?
If you paid by card or direct payment, the refund will be issued to the same card/account within 2–3 banking days after we have processed your return. If you used Klarna invoice, the invoice will be adjusted or cancelled. Remember to report your return in Klarna to avoid any reminder fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return reaches us, so always request a receipt from the service point where you hand in your return. Do you offer tea in portion bags?
Not at the moment, but due to increasing demand, we are exploring options to develop portion bags. All teas are currently sold as loose leaf.
In which stores can I buy your products? Who are your resellers?
At present, we do not plan to work with resellers. By avoiding intermediaries and instead refining all products ourselves, from farm to consumer, we can maintain competitive prices while offering world-class quality. Nothing unusual, just everything under our direct oversight.
Are your products gluten-free?
Gluten is a natural protein found in wheat, rye, and barley. Around 2% of Swedes (according to the Swedish Food Agency) suffer from celiac disease. For them, any contact with gluten can be problematic, leading to fatigue and low iron levels, among other symptoms. ABARNE’s products are clearly labelled to show which items contain allergens. If you have concerns about a specific product, we recommend that you consult your doctor with the full ingredient list to ensure it is safe for you.
I didn’t like the taste or aroma of the product I bought, do you offer a taste or aroma guarantee?
We always accept returns on unopened packages in accordance with our return policy and offer standard product claims in cases where an original manufacturing or production defect can be confirmed. This ensures that your item can reach you as intended. However, we do not offer guarantees on taste or aroma. Preference is highly subjective and varies from person to person.
How do I access my digital orders?
You will receive an email from us after completing your purchase with a link to your digital product.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship within Sweden and the EU. We are flexible, and if the standard shipping options do not suit your address, please contact us at [email protected] so we can create a tailored solution together. We already have customers worldwide and do not see borders as an obstacle.
