One might think that its the Brits who hold the world record in drinking the most tea per person, but this record is still kept by the East Frisians. It is said that they drink almost 80 gallons a year!
The delicious tea blend varies, but usually consists of 80% Assam tea that has been blended with 20% Ceylon & Darjeling. The East Frisians usually drink their tea at 11AM on Sundays, Elfürtje & they pair the tea with sugar & whole fat milk.
