The leaves have been oxidized to approximately 20%. Oolong tea is considered dark green tea, not green nor black, just somewhere in between & is sometimes referred to as a blue tea.
It’s not quite clear when Oolongs were first produced, but the guesstimate is that it was sometime around the Ming dynasty.Oolong teas are mostly produced in Wuyi & Anxi in Fujian, Guangdong as well as in Taiwan.
This tea has a fantastically delicate taste of a Chinese green oolong paired with floral notes.
