Description

Despite the name, the legendary drink was not invented in London, but in Vancouver, Canada in the 1990s by Mary Loria. Mary was pregnant & wanted a drink that didn’t contain too much caffeine. Since tea is synonymous with England, the drink was named ”London” & ”Fog” refers to the steamed milk.

The modern twist of the London Fog also includes a subtle jasmin perfume that works excellently with coffee & milk.

1. Add 2-4g of tisane to your filter. 2. Heat water to 94°C. 3. Add your filter to your cup or pot. 4. Add 200g of hot water & let it steep for 4 min. 6. Remove the filter & enjoy a delicious cup of tea! PSST…. Boil 200g water with 200g of sugar. Once the sugar has melted, add 10g+ tea and let sit for 1h. Now you have a delicious sirup for your latte!
